Our mission is to create a space for new beginnings by helping teens and adults work through trauma, anxiety, and life challenges with compassionate, evidence-based support.

All sessions are offered via secure telehealth.

Our Philosophy

At EOS Counseling, we believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported in exploring both present challenges and past experiences. Therapy is a collaborative process where insight, skill-building, and emotional healing work together to create lasting change. We view growth as something that unfolds over time, not through quick fixes, but through steady and intentional work.

Supporting individuals in processing difficult experiences so they can feel more grounded, present, and able to move forward in their lives.

Helping individuals manage anxiety, overthinking, and intense emotions while building practical skills for greater stability and ease.

Supporting teens as they navigate stress, anxiety, and change while building confidence, emotional awareness, and coping skills.

Meet Your Therapist

Therapy with me is collaborative, with a focus on helping things feel more manageable and meaningful in everyday life. I use EMDR along with ACT, DBT, and ERP-informed approaches to support clients in making sense of what feels stuck and finding ways forward.

I aim to create a space that feels grounded, honest, and real, where we can talk openly about what’s going on and what might actually help.

Outside of work, I’m usually rock climbing, snowmobiling, or spending time with my dogs, Waffles and Finn.
